SK: More efficient processing of election data

2 – Summary:  

The Integrated Election Strategies System (IVIS) will again project the upcoming election of the Forthcoming of the Slovak Republic. The system will likely be result of a project financed by the Strategies Society Operational Programme. The Office associated with the Government manages it.

3 – Description:  

IVIS was first successfully applied to previous regional elections. The system gives you electronic services for the preparation of a elections, referendums and votes relating to the collection and processing of data, as well as the presentation of interim combined with final results. Is usable for all polls and referendums, and is applicable in every one stages of preparation and guidelines process. From setting up elections, all the creation of regional structures combined with accompanying documents to the collection, producing and distribution of election data. Previously, it was necessary for each type of a election to have specific software. The main advantage of IVIS is not only in facilitating the effort of the experts summarizing the services and then the processing the election results, additionally , the elimination of errors using the preparation and processing of boule, or logical errors in the link between precinct commissions. Publication of the initially unofficial results are approximately half to 3 quarters of an hour after the conjecture of the polling stations. Result of all the 5958 electoral wards will be worked by 530 computers. Presentation of a results of the elections of the Forthcoming will be provided on www.volbysr.sk combined with www.statistics.sk.
