At the 149th session by 3 April 2014, the Croatian Government adopted a draft regulations on the national information infrastructure.

3 – Distinction:  

Presenting the Draft Regulations, Minister Arsen Bauk pointed out that finally, the Ministry of Public Administration may well be the competent authority for drafting to do with legislation to regulate eGovernment and turning on all who have provided the right to get to data collected by institutions in to public sector.
